Introduction

Glow in the dark powder commonly known as photoluminescent pigment or glow pigment, is a kind of crystal granular powder. The main component is strontium aluminate. The principle of light emission is photoluminescence. When excited by a light source, it stores excitation energy in an excited state, and when the excitation stops, the energy is slowly released in the form of light.

It can absorb all kinds of visible light, such as sunlight, natural light, UV light and other light sources, and it can reach saturation in 10 minutes under direct sunlight. In the dark, it emits a light source to form a luminous effect which can emit light for 12 hours in a completely dark environment.The brightness will gradually fade away as time goes on.It can be charged repeatedly, which is a physical process.
